Why there is no cookie banner
The edilnozzi.it website sets no profiling cookies and loads no third-party tracking tools. Consent is required only for tools of that kind, so nothing is asked of you and no banner appears. A notice is still owed for technical cookies, and this page is it.
What this site loads
EDIL NOZZI S.R.L. runs edilnozzi.it without profiling cookies and without third-party tracking of any kind. When you open a page, your browser fetches the text, the stylesheets, the images and the typefaces from edilnozzi.it and from nowhere else.
The typefaces are hosted on our own server. No request goes to Google Fonts or to any other font service, and those services would otherwise receive your IP address without you having clicked anything.
This site embeds no map, no video and no social feed. Where we point to a map or to an external site it is an ordinary link: it loads nothing until you follow it, and from that moment the other site's own notice applies.
Spam protection on the contact form runs server-side, without cookies and without reCAPTCHA. Submitting the form installs nothing on your device.
The applicable rule is Italian. Under art. 122 of the Codice Privacy (Legislative Decree 196/2003, Italy's data protection code) and the Linee guida cookie — the cookie guidelines issued by the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian data protection authority, on 10 June 2021 — consent is required only for non-technical cookies and for tracking tools. This site uses neither, so there is nothing to ask and no banner to dismiss. Technical cookies, where they exist, still require a notice, which is why this page exists.
Categories
The cookie categories and how they apply
Cookies are classified by purpose. Here is what each category means and how it applies to edilnozzi.it.
- Technical cookies — none in use today
- Technical cookies exist only to deliver the site or a service you asked for, and by law they need no consent. None is currently used on edilnozzi.it; if we introduce one, to remember a preference for instance, it will be listed here with its name, purpose and lifetime.
- Analytics cookies — not used
- Analytics cookies measure how pages are used. We use none: there is no Google Analytics and no other statistics system, not even in aggregate form. The technical logs kept by the hosting servers are a separate matter and are described in the privacy notice.
- Profiling cookies — not used
- Profiling cookies reconstruct a visitor's habits and interests, usually in order to select advertising. These are precisely the cookies that require prior consent. We use none, and we pass no data to advertising networks.
- Third-party cookies — not used
- Third-party cookies are set by a domain other than the one you are visiting, almost always through embedded content. There are none on edilnozzi.it, because no page embeds third-party content.
Controlling cookies in your browser anyway
Every mainstream browser lets you block, restrict or delete cookies from its own settings, normally under privacy and security: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all provide it, with a separate control for third-party cookies.
Blocking or deleting cookies changes nothing about how edilnozzi.it looks or behaves, because the content does not depend on them. Browser settings apply to one browser on one device, so they have to be repeated on every computer, tablet or phone you use.
The data you send through the contact form, and the technical data recorded by the hosting servers, are not cookie matters. Both are explained in the privacy notice, together with your rights and how to exercise them.
If we ever add a tool that requires consent, a banner will appear and this page will be updated before that tool goes live. The date of the last update is shown on this page.
