EDIL NOZZI S.R.L. is reached through the form on this page, which is how building enquiries come to us and takes a few minutes to fill in. We publish no telephone number and no departmental email address: a written enquiry that arrives complete is more useful, because with a building the things that matter first are where it is, what condition it is in and what you want to end up with.

We normally reply within two working days. If the work is the kind we do, we agree a sopralluogo — a visit to inspect the property. If it is not, we say so straight away and tell you what sort of firm to look for, rather than letting weeks pass.

The quote comes out of that visit. We write it item by item — operations, quantities, materials — after measuring the building and preparing the computo metrico, the itemised bill of quantities. Before we have seen the property we give no figures. A number built on two lines of description is not a quote; it is a guess that changes once the work starts.

EDIL NOZZI S.R.L. carries out the works. The design, the direzione dei lavori (site supervision on the client's behalf) and the permit filings are a separate professional appointment, held by you with a technician of your own choosing. Coming to us places you under no obligation to appoint any particular technician, and the reverse holds too. If you have not appointed a technician yet, say so in your message, because it changes the order of the steps.
